The property located at 4300 Central Expressway in Dallas, Texas,
will be reimagined into a premier high-end boutique hotel. This
highly-stylized, state-of-the-art hotel will be within walking distance
of many area locations in and around Dallas, offering a unique urban
experience for travelers to the area.

When completed, the two-story – with adjacent four-story suite
experience – will include a total of 70 well-appointed guest rooms
and suites.

The property will also have a stunning pool anchoring the center of
the hotel with views from all guest rooms, with poolside food and
beverage outlet and cabanas available for daily rent. A beautifully
appointed bar will adorn the lobby area, as well as a market with
packaged goods and “grab and go” food options. The rooftop bar
will have stunning views of both uptown and downtown, guaranteed
to enhance evening entertainment and libations. A full-service
restaurant on premises led by a talented chef who will assist us
in creating culinary delights and oversee operations to ensure an
incredible dining experience for guests. There will be a state-of-the-
art exercise room with the latest workout equipment, and private
